This year, in collaboration with LOUIS XIII Cognac and Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant, we helped raise $10,000 with an amazing live auction package. The high bidder received a bespoke framed 25 x 45” limited edition print of the rarely seen LOUIS XIII Cognac aging cellars in Cognac France, titled “ Chai André Hériard Dubreuil No. 1”. Included with the stunning artwork is a LOUIS XIII Cognac tasting experience for 12 people guided by a Rémy Martin brand ambassador for 12 people, together with a delectable Caspy Caviar pairing.
